Online Buy to Let Addendum Now Live
We are delighted to announce that an online version of the Buy to Let Addendum is now live. Ingard Members can access it via the Document Library section of the Case Portal.

Key Features
Intelligent Fields: The form has formulas embedded into it which create running totals, averages and calculations, from the data inputted.
Simple Navigation: The form allows you to easily move from one section to the next.
Reduced Size: You can add properties individually which means the size of the form alters depending on the number of properties your customer has in their portfolio.
Converts to PDF: When you are finished, the form will convert to a PDF and be emailed to you.
We will be continuing to develop the Buy to Let Addendum over the next few months based on the feedback we receive from our Members. As and when we release new versions of the form into the Case Portal, we will email Ingard Members to update them on the improvements we’ve made.
